> **Pros**: IDBS Polar provides the ability to capture our data with integrity and quality built in for our end users.

> **Cons**: The system can be slow, we would like the user experience to be faster. when we have an issue, it can take a long time to work with Support to get a resolution.
> 
> Upgrading to Polar  went very smoothly and we are very happy with the product overall. Working with IDBS in general is always a pleasant experience. They are very attentive to our needs.
