> **Pros**: Modge allows seamless overview of all virtual staff.It takes monitoring software to another level. We didn't realize how efficiency we were missing out on.The biggest difference is visibility. Without Modge, it’s hard to truly know whether your team is operating at its fullest potential.

Now we have far more clarity, accountability, and confidence in day to day performance.

> **Cons**: no dislikes at the moment. Although, one concern is system rigidness. we've dealt the softwares that can adapt to change in the past. Although, Modge does have a very responsive support that responds well to criticism and suggestions.

Onboarding was simple, and integration is easy with there API. 

For us, Modge was the first platform that truly brought the entire business together.
