They are fully engaged in making sure we have solved the problem we go to them for. I could call out every member of the team for some thing or another they've done to help me. It’s a very simple tool to use once its set up. We use it for full service quoting including labor, materials, NRE, profit and margin review details. Supplier integration is strong, user friendly from their side as well. We are early into their BOM data scrub and so far I like what I see regarding life cycle and availability. > > **Cons**: We have not kept as up to date on changes and development as we should have. The new offerings add another layer of support that we need to be getting in on, and are starting now. I do wish we had a little more proactive push from their side on what the changes look like and how to incorporate them sooner. Some of that has been personnel change driven on our side. Garbage in stays forever, it learns off our inputs so if we are not very diligent we end up with long term errors (in part type/labor related) Setting up the data behind the labor cost model was not easy and its not perfect, we know we have some room to improve there. > > I’ve used the tool as the quote process owner and from customer supporting positions. The data is accurate for purchasing which is helpful. I’ve used other software quoting tools as well as spreadsheets. Calcuquote being all in one helps consolidate a lot of work.
