> **Pros**: Flat rate platform that allows the use of a connected Twilio account with no mark up on numbers \& usage (Twilio charges only). Support is very responsive to bug reports \& feature requests.

> **Cons**: A few reporting \& notification issues over the years. Some have now been updated \& some are related to limitations with the Twilio platform.

> Allows me to quickly \& easily set up tracking numbers for existing \& new customers without having any phone numbers locked into a third party platform (outside of Twilio).

It is the best of several that I have tried in the past. It has a depth of features not immediately apparent to new users but very much appreciated once I dived deep into the inferred features that it also possesses.

> **Cons**: I wish the training included step-by-step instructions in print instead of video training that assumes familiarity with the topics and options. The video training is excellent, but it moves too quickly through some topics that are apparent to the founder but not to newbies like me.

> Overall, the support is excellent. The functionality is perfect for its intended purpose. The resulting invoice and report that is generated is ideal for justifying the billing, and the saved conversations of calls also make it provable as a justification for the billing amount to the client.

Being able to see which calls came from which ads or keywords was a gamechanger. No more guessin where leads came from. Also the missed call alerts?saved me a few deals for real.

Dialhawk is the best value call tracking software for lead generation agencies out there that I've come across plus it has some great features like the form submission to phone call feature that is a massive value add for clients

> **Cons**: Very few complaints. Dialhawk is fantastic. It would be sweet if they integrated form submissions into their call tracking report so that all leads collected would appear in the same location. this would make it easier to show the value of the service we provide to clients
