> **Pros**: Simple to set up and even easier for the entire org to actually adopt. The LinkedIn content features (especially scheduling and smart AI) are intuitive and feel personal rather than transactional. Customer support is responsive and genuinely helpful, it doesn't feel like you're talking to a bot or waiting days for a reply.

> **Cons**: Some features could be built out further, a few things feel like early-stage functionality. But the product is clearly evolving, and the team seems receptive to feedback, so it's more of a "watch this space" than a dealbreaker.

> We use Heyoo as part of our social selling and employee advocacy initiatives across the org, and it's become a genuinely useful part of how we ensure everyone can easily put themselves out there from engaging with other team memebers' content. creating their own content to scheduling their posts. It's one of those tools people actually use day-to-day, which is rare for engagement platforms. The ease of use is a big part of that. No lengthy onboarding, no confusing UI. If you're a remote or hybrid team looking to drive advocacy while keeping things lightweight and meaningful, it's worth trying.
