> **Pros**: When the platform worked, it was good.  It had a spot for taking notes on each client.  This took a while for them to fix and make right, but then it was good.

> **Cons**: The leads were terrible.  For the 62 leads I received over 6 months, I was only ever able to talk to 15 of them as the others never got back to me.  I would call each lead within 1-2 minutes of receiving the lead and do many many follow ups by text, email or call and still no response.  I was 'guaranteed' a 30% close rate but if you can't even talk to the people, how are you to close them?

> I had a terrible experience with them.  I was sold a 30% close rate but as my Con states, I couldn't even get leads to call me back.  Most of the clients I spoke with, I was not able to help due to their home location or lack of equity in their homes.  I closed 2 deals in 6 months, not quite the 30%\!

On top of that, I signed up for an extended commitment whereby I paid for 7 leads and got another 7 as a bonus.  Each month these extra 7 were 'forgotten' about until I reminded them a couple times.  Earlier this year they switched to a 'credit' system and I went from paying 5 credits per lead to averaging 8 credits per lead.  I still had issues getting my bonus leads and when I complained and said I was going to cancel my subscription, they refused to give me the credits I was missing.  I paid almost $2000 for 14 leads that I didn't get.  As it stands today, they are refusing to give me the 187 credits that I paid for.  I have canceled my subscription and advise anyone to think hard before signing up with them.  Definitely not worth the money and aggravation.

> **Pros**: The back end of the system seemed fairly robust.  The CRM might have some value for someone without one.

> **Cons**: The leads are sold as being verified and pre qualified.  However, its just a glorified lead capture scheme.  Any person can fill in whatever they want online, and become a 'lead'.  They allegedly check for mortgage ratios, and LTV, but are not using correct metrics.
> 
> While I believe they intend to be helpful, out of 14 leads provided, I only spoke on the phone to 3.  Despite multiple follow ups via phone, email and sms.  None of them appeared to be even remotely qualified.
