> **Pros**: The price is the headline for me as a solo founder. Same contract drafting, review, and e-signature workflow I'd expect from a $500/month tool, for a fraction of that.

> **Cons**: The Research tier at $19.99 is limited enough that most founders will outgrow it fast and jump to Business at $59.99. Not a dealbreaker but worth knowing upfront.
> 
> It replaced what I was paying a lawyer hourly for on routine stuff and let me keep lawyer time for the things that actually need human judgment.
