> **Cons**: Nobody enjoys a new hardware rollout. We all agreed the product was superior to the current technology and partnership. We decided to rip off the band aid. The rollout went smooth when compared to previous roll outs. Returning our old hardware was the nightmare and justified the reason we converted to Bestpass.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it the responders are not recognized in certain states causing delays. We report the issue and usually receive a response or solution within a day or so.

> 6.We implemented BestPass in 2021 for cost savings and being able to have transponder flexibility. Again, customer service has been good so far in the partnership.
