> **Pros**: The program is intuitive and the support team is extremely dedicated to making the user experience top-notch. I actually can't believe how responsive the team is when I have a question. 5 stars\!

> **Cons**: The program lacks the ability to apply sales tax natively, and the report function isn't as intuitive as Planswift. The team is obviously refining the functionality of the program, and they were able to set me up with a custom formula to facilitate this need, so I believe as time moves forward, these issues will be resolved.

> **Cons**: i had a minor issue uploading plans where it uploaded them in alphabetical order as opposed to page order of the pdf.

> We are a week in and we are loving its ease of use. We have not even gone through our one on one training and we are able to get our takeoffs done just with how intuitive the software is. We are also loving the shareability and real time collaberation with multiple users.
