> **Cons**: Having to keep a constant eye on connections we use to ensure with are below the max limit

> It is simple to use, very effective in its objectives (we never had an issue with its function), and it enables our internal and external staff/clients to work together using the same platform for docs without compromising data protection etc. As a manager, I do not use it for uploading or deleting docs, but more for overview and monitoring, which is very quick and simple to do.

our Compliance team us Connect to allow customers to upload photos and videos which means files end up in Objective ECM...

> great - since commencing using Connect many years ago, functionality has improved considerably and Connect has eliminated many barriers previously faced with sharing/receiving documents and files with external parties.
