> **Pros**: The great service and monthly price. Very easy to use with clean simple interface. Bulk uploading of candidate CV's which can then be searched by boolean, postcode or salary. The support team come back very quickly to any queries.

> **Cons**: There is a slight learning curve as with any new system but out of all the systems I have used Indago is certainly a lot easier to get to grips with especially with support on hand to help.

> I signed up to Indago at the start of this year and have been continually impressed both by how easy it is to use and the level of support provided. The 'team' is only me and one other so there is no need for an overly complex system. Having said that it does everything we need with the most important aspect being that we can bulk upload CV's and then search through these CV's using a combination of boolean/postcode/salary criteria.

> **Pros**: Indago is an easy to use CRM \& ATS. We have used the system for over 6 months now and have been happy with the prompt support provided by both phone and by email. We have a team of 5 recruiters and each one of them was offered onboarding/training to get them up and running at no extra cost. For the monthly price we are very impressed with the amount on offer - cv and company parsing, email integration, no limit on document storage etc. Also the fact that there is no long term contract is a bonus.

> **Cons**: There is no annual plan offered upfront and whilst we were offered something later down the line it would have been easier if it was an option at the start. Other than this there are no real negatives for the price.
