Like the ability to link with teams so multiple users can pick up messages (not always the case though)

> **Cons**: Can't receive messages in group chats
Other users can't always see messages initiated or replied to by other users
Impact to my Business

> Personally I don't think it's worth the money or up to standards. I like the idea of it but it is impacting my business and managing messages between multiple users is impossible which is what they've built it for and charge you for
