> **Pros**: The customer service was incredible - particularly from \[sensitive content hidden\]. They were always listening to feedback and building changes based on suggestions. I liked that I could manage multiple vacancies for the same role going in to one req and with free channels I could attract lots of applications from multiple channels and control my spend.

> **Cons**: The system was great, but if you made a mistake, like the hiring location, or closing date you had to create it again.. the same with  candidate source and which req, they couldn’t be changed easily.

> Consistent and constantly improved as feedback was taken to improve the overall product to make it fit for purpose.
