With AI integration, and how organized the system is, you can get a lot more work done with precision with less man hours on repetitive tasks. With quickbooks every dollar is tracked accurately so I don't have to go back.

> **Cons**: I did have some issues - like when there were fields that were required no matter what with no bypass, but in recent updates these have been fixed, and with the correction they've provided many options that you can toggle.

> It has progressively made me a more effective business, and it looks great when all of the information from the shop floor can be transferred into the software in a direct and clean presentation, giving the customer confidence that every base has been done, and each work order line is organized.

Weather it is helping the techs create a professional sounding story or helping the service writer explain to the customer why they should do curtain repairs to helps everyone in the company do the best job and provide the best experience to the customer

> **Pros**: Ive used several different shop softwares. No pressure to purchase once i contacted ShopView. Customer service and scheduled meetings are very good time managed and not in a rush to get you off the phone. If there is a bug or something you think should be different, they are willing to try to accommodate your request. Once you learn the system it is very easy to use. Auto fill is a bonus. I can access from anywhere ive been in the 3 months using ShopView.pricing is comparable with most other software and cheaper than some others as well.
