> **Pros**: Very easy to use, but the most amazing thing is the help available if you have any questions. Absolutely the best solution for regular small business owners who aren't accountants. Customer service was responsive and was able to help me extensively, well beyond just the software, but with understanding the whole process.

> **Cons**: No problems at all. Can't say I found anything that I disliked. I was able to use the software quickly and easily and didn't really have many issues with it. My main struggle was with what the rules are, and I was able to get some help very quickly.

> I was contemplating trying to file my corporate tax return myself, but quickly realized it was a lot more complicated than I thought. I logged into GoFile to check it out (it was a company recommended by the CRA) and was quickly impressed with their direct communication and insight.  I didn't have to leave my desk, and was able to send GoFile all of my information and within DAYS they had my corporate tax return finished\!  There was constant communication with GoFile and all of my questions were answered so quickly.  I will definitely use GoFile next year\!  Well worth the money, they made my life easier, and my taxes are done for the year\!
