> **Pros**: Features are extensive related to most of the use cases related group management. No other tool offers such capability in market.
Product is flexible.
Follows updated security principals.
UI is user friendly.
Maintenance and operation are comfortable.
Customer support is very helpful.

> **Cons**: Product is highly unstable, lots of bugs coming day to day basis.
Lots of time, energy and money is required in fixing those bugs.

I am able to implement group related use cases but used to receive lot of complain from end users related to bugs as well.
