The team is extremely responsive regarding both support and small feature requests

> **Cons**: I'd like a few more visual cues (e.g. color coding) on the data reports to make them even better, but that is a very minor thing.

> I have experienced that getting started with Operating has been easy regarding getting our project- and line managers to use it. There are basic functionalities you can start using right away and multiples levels of added features you can implement as you go for even more value from the platform.

> **Cons**: Team members finding the platform complex at times and the UX to be slightly 'boring' and colourless. Integrating certain tools such as Toggl data seems a bit complex to be done by different team members.

> It has been a really good experience so far. Not always internally the easiest to determine i.e who to include/exclude from the team in Operating and how to keep Toggl vs. Operating data updated to take full advantage of the reports.

> Our consultants have been very happy with the software saying it's easy to use and is time saving compared to the previous system. The Operating team also offers great support whenever needed.
