> **Pros**: I love the native integration with HubSpot and the incredible MCP connector for use within any LLM. Additionally, the team is incredibly communicative and open to feedback.

> **Cons**: The UI, invoicing aspect, and reporting are less advanced. I have to outsource our automated invoicing for now and wish I could do that all in one platform. I also need to pull many of the reports myself in my LLM, and it would be nice if they were just in operating instead. Finally, I think that the UI could use some updating.

> Overall, it's been a great experience and has made my life a lot easier. The biggest plus is the MCP connection with Codex. It is so easy to update without even going into the application, and that is so important for me so that nothing falls through the cracks. I have many skills that automatically update aspects multiple times a day.

> I have experienced that getting started with Operating has been easy regarding getting our project- and line managers to use it. There are basic functionalities you can start using right away and multiples levels of added features you can implement as you go for even more value from the platform.
