> **Pros**: Nickel has been a phenomenal partner for my accounts receivable and accounts payable needs for my aviation insurance brokerage. The pricing is highly competitive, the funds hit my account quickly, it's been reliable, and on the few times I've needed support, they have been responsive, helpful, and provide quick resolution.

> **Cons**: I am very happy overall with Nickel and there's not much that I do not like about the service\! I wish that 1) they integrated with Xero, and 2) that their API access came at a lower subscription cost. I am able to make due without those in my day to day business operations, however, and it's worth the sacrifice.

> **Pros**: I've honestly had a really good experience with this processing company. From day one, everything has been super easy. The payment processing is so smooth that I barely even notice it's happening. Everything goes through fast, and I don't have to stress about whether it's going to work or not. That I like the most is that it's simple to use. I'm not trying to figure things out all day because everything just makes sense. And whenever I've needed help, their team has always been quick to respond and really helpful. That kind of customer service means a lot to me.

What I really like is that it doesn’t feel complicated. I don’t have to spend extra time trying to understand the system or fix issues. > **Pros**: Been using Nickel for almost a year now. Switched to it from Melio. We love that the most basic features are free and we really don't need to upgrade at all. We also love that it's super easy to use and secure (we can send payment links to our vendors/subcontractors to request their preferred payment methods and we never have to worry about transposing any numbers etc).

> **Cons**: Downside is that we are an accounting firm using it for our clients AND our own practice and there is no way to allow our firm members to see ONLY your client's Nickel profile and not our firm's Nickel profile as well (so, all our independent contractors can see how much we pay eachother). Other downside is that Nickel USE TO advertise that it was for the construction industry and USE TO provide a service where it would take care of lien waivers for you. They have since stopped doing that - and that really really sucks for us.

> **Pros**: Nickel makes handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) simple.  I like that I can send and receive ACH payments completely for free. It also allows me to pass credit card processing fees directly to the customer, which saves our business a lot of money.

> **Cons**: A downside is that they do not offer international payment options right now. There is also no way to transfer funds between internal Nickel accounts directly.
> 
> The interface is very clean and easy to navigate. I can easily create invoices, track my AP and AR, and manage all five of my businesses in one place without getting confused.  Payments process fast and securely. I feel totally safe running large amounts of money through their system.
