> **Pros**: Customer support is excellent when there are technical issues to be resolved. Athera Fingerprint will assist our IM\&T dept to resolve problems even when the issue is not with the tracker software itself.
There have previously been small customizations to the software tailored specifically for our service which were very helpful.
The tracker is fairly easy to use and has features that are very helpful. 
The tracker itself saves us a significant amount of time and resources when servicing equipment etc.

> **Cons**: When Zendesk first became the portal for reporting issues it seemed initially a little slow to receive a response. The caveat to this is that Athera Fingerprint state if the issue is urgent to call them. The thing with Decontamination is that if there is an issue with the tracker then every issue is urgent. It has been a while since I needed to report an issue therefore this is maybe a non issue.

> Over all, having used this software for many years I am happy with both the software and the back up support, the updated versions generally improve the software from my perspective although there are occasionally features that seem over complicated, or perhaps just need to be explained what the purpose of this are and how we can best utilize the feature. The software as a whole and the technical support I am very happy with.

> **Pros**: Athera's ScopeTrack system offers very good functionality while being intuitive to use. It has a user-friendly layout with a clear flow for the decontamination process. The reporting section allows for a clear audit history and management of equipment.

> **Cons**: We have not experienced any issues using Athera's ScopeTrack system, it is a reliable and robust system. It enables us to track every stage of the decontamination process.

> I have found Athera quick to respond when requesting quotes for consumables. Athera were also very responsive when we upgraded to the latest version of ScopeTrack to avoid disruption to our service.
