Currently, we are unable to tell whether an insured has logged in or started their application, which makes follow‑up difficult. Additionally, having to receive the application first and then send it back to the insured for signature adds unnecessary steps to the process. Because we work with many different carriers, it can also be challenging to keep track of each carrier’s specific application requirements. Ideally, allowing the insured to complete and sign the application in one seamless process would be more efficient and sufficient.

> Overall, I have truly enjoyed my experience with Sembley. Their team is extremely hands‑on and consistently supportive, which makes a noticeable difference in our day‑to‑day work.
