> **Pros**: They are constantly updating and they deliver on what they promise. The implemented GPT-4o practically the day it came out while other platforms lagged on getting to it or never did. Their collection of data points is more of a rarity in this business meaning that their bot can help you to get the key details that they need and then the webhook feature allows you to deliver what you need where you need it.

> **Cons**: Honestly I love most of it but if i had to be hyper critical maybe the interface could be a little more up to date and it's simple but I think all I care about is that it works as intended when implemented on the site so I don't really care what it looks like on the backend.

> Overall I find the software to be phenomenal. I have gone through dozens of chatbots and to end up here I can tell you it's a breath of fresh air. It was the easiest for me to implement for ecommerce since it all goes onto a google sheet and the fact is that was the date updates on the sheet it also updates in the bots brain which makes it super dynamic and I haven't seen that anywhere else.
