The user based customization, wide range of template and background to be used for retrospectives. Love the amount of thought and care that was put into designing the product. It's in the small details that really shine through, like the animation for revealing that everyone has the same estimation or the observable mode meditation icon. > > **Cons**: A few times it is blocked for offshore team members. Add new items closes very easily, so sometimes when you go back to copy and paste the window closes. I wonder if this is a scenario where clicking on the outside should not close the edit window before finish adding an item. > > Landed on this one after testing out at least 3 other planning poker tools over the years\!
