Really like being able to link contacts to all the data entries; including inquiries, sales, payments etc. I can easily open a contact and see the people they are linked to, the quotes/sales/payments/projects they are associated with. Assigning tasks to specific users and clearly listing the "to do" list on the main page. Takes time to set up custom document templates and workflows. File sharing/document contributing could be improved. No way to add customized databases, My personal need requires me to be able to list filenames that are separated into groups. The invoices must include the list of files organized by the recipient teams for the client to be able to chargeback their teams separately. Geared heavily toward wedding photographers and print selling. I have no idea what the colour coding of records means, no legend. Not sure how shoot records are sorted. They just seem to be randomly sorted if there is no shoot date added to the record.
