> **Pros**: We have 3 full time estimators and Beam AI helps us multitask. We have several projects to work on at a time, so while Beam AI is working on providing the takeoff and quantities, we are able to work on other projects. The program is very user friendly and is very helpful when addendums come in.

> **Cons**: My biggest drawback to Beam AI is if we have a project that may take a long time to be in the review phase in the program, and with a short amount of time between the due date and when the invite to the project was sent, we have been unable to have the results back in time.

> Beam AI has been great for us estimators allowing us to take on more projects. The program is very user friendly. One of my favorite features is uploading updated plans/addendums to a plan we have already submitted. It does a great job at illustrating the changes that have been made.

> **Cons**: The reporting that is received - particularly the excel format does not group each item to a specific scope. For example, sanitary sewer items are mixed with water main and storm sewer which makes it a little difficult to follow.

> The overall experience is great\! Good customer service. Complete takeoffs to the parameters set by my companies capabilities and needs.
