Navigation RPA
What Is Navigation RPA?
Navigation RPA is a no-code automation solution designed for end-users to automate tasks and processes without need for advanced technical expertise.
The software integrates with existing systems and collaborative platforms. Users simply record their computer clicks, execute the sequence, and the task is completed automatically. It can navigate the web, scrape information, enter data into applications/portals, and generate reports.
Navigation RPA adheres to user-defined rules and workflows, featuring Smart Process Recording to expedite the creation of automation scenarios. This allows users to perform tasks while the software records each action, constructing an automation scenario in the background for deployment.
As an on-premise solution, Navigation RPA includes a floating license structure, enabling entire teams or departments to leverage one license, offload tedious work, and improve overall efficiency.

Great RPA Software
Comments: Overall, I think this is a great product that has a bright future ahead of it. It is updated almost monthly with new features, can handle almost anything I've thrown at it, and has already met our ROI with only 5 months of use.
Pros:
I am able to automate almost any task that I need. Being able to record mouse clicks is great for any custom software or tasks that are out of the ordinary. Being able to schedule tasks to run on a separate computer is great.
Cons:
Struggles with some legacy excel spreadsheets. The cost could prevent some small businesses from being able to use it.

RK10 is a WIN!
Comments: Our implementation experience has exceeded expectations. Thanks to weekly meetings with our dedicated [sensitive content hidden] account representative, my team has rapidly expanded our knowledge, successfully building 8 functional scenarios in just 6 weeks, with over 30 more in the pipeline. The customer support and software have been outstanding!
Pros:
The intuitive nature of the RPA software made building scenarios progressively easier. The investment delivered a clear return within the first two weeks of implementation.
Cons:
I'm extremely satisfied with the software so far. It has fulfilled all our requirements and is projected to save us an impressive 5,800 labor hours within the first year alone with one bot.
Early adoption and applications in logistics-tech
Comments: Working in the logistics industry specializing in software support and implementation, I highly recommend the Keyence RPA. Originally enrolled in the beta program a couple years back, this product has seen substantial improvements in both ease of use and functionality thanks to regular updates. In our operations, we currently utilize the RPA primarily for WMS data entry through its advanced image recognition capabilities and seamless excel functions. This application alone has saved us countless hours of tedious work. Additionally, we have started leveraging its data extraction and analysis functions, combing over reports on a daily basis, which are then forwarded back to our team. Overall, the Keyence RK-10 RPA has become a valuable tool in our operations, significantly improving the efficiency and productivity of my team and personally I love the product and find its use enjoyable rather than a frustrating drag. (Ver. 2.1.24.30235 used at time of writing)
Pros:
Ease of use (post implementation) and flexibility in operations, a helpful and engaging support team, and extensive functionality options.
Cons:
Error messages on scenario fails are sometimes vague, learning curve can be a little steep for users unfamiliar with RPA's (nearly completely offset by their success team), and the wording on a few objects can be slightly confusing.
Keyence RPA
Pros:
How easy it is to use and the potential it has.
Cons:
Trying to gather ideas from our users on ways we can use it to make improvements around the shop.
RPA RK from Micro Harmonics Review
Pros:
Easy to work with. Cross platform. Can automate anything.
Cons:
It's difficult to automate web navigation (because HTML elements change). The software can be a bit slow in the development windows if you're developing a long script. It's hard to figure out where and when to run the scripts (virtual machine, dedicated machine, etc.)
