> **Pros**: The content M1 Project (Elsa) provides is very rich and extremely usable. I found that it solves key issues faced by many new and existing businesses – who their customers are and how to reach them in the most appropriate manner and with the right literature/content.
The second aspect is the Post and Ads creation section, which is invaluable to a business owner, saving time and providing "Sound like me" content whilst bridging the knowledge gap.
