> **Cons**: I sometimes forget to stop recording - not much Rilla can do - I don’t want it popping up in appointments\!

> Overall it’s been good and useful.  I like the AI help - great to have a summary of what was discussed, what concerns there were, etc.  Helps boost my professionalism.

> **Cons**: While conversations have to be deleted if there's one point that needs to be removed. The record of the appointment becomes lost entirely if a rep forgets their phone in the room for 5 min. Wish that 5 min could be redacted instead

> **Cons**: The integration with my current crm was choppy at first. It’s now much better but we missed several weeks worth of calls until it was finally full integrated. The crm I’m using tends to be quite buggy so I doubt this is a rilla issue.

> More than acceptable. It’s great for large teams. We don’t need to do call reviews at all. Rilla takes care of that.
