> **Pros**: From the onset of our partnership in 2018, your energy, passion, and communication skills were highly valued. You were attentive to our requirements and proactively offered customized solutions. Communication was flawless. Whenever we had an inquiry or an issue, you were prompt to respond. When you encountered a problem, you promptly notified us. However, this was not the case last year, leading me to the next section of your evaluation.

In summary, there has been a lack of proactive communication at all levels, whether it be with support or our account manager. The only exception is the communication with the developers, which has been very good.

However, 2023 presented some challenges for TotalEnergies Marketing Belgium, particularly with the upgrade of our custom tool. > **Pros**: De admin console laat je toe om zelf promo's, rewards, producten toe te voegen. Zo ben je in termen van content niet altijd afhankelijk van je leverancier.
> 
> **Cons**: Er is vaak een lange leadtime om een product te lanceren. Als een merk in food \& beverage waar je snel wilt inspelen op behoeftes is dit vaak een blokkade.

Verder is de reporting \& performance overzichten zeer beperkt. Het zou goed zijn als app leverancier hier meer mee bezig te zijn.
