> **Pros**: I would have a difficult time coming up with items that I would say I liked most about Atomix Logistics. If I really had to choose one item, it'd either be extremely superficial, or just a blatant lie.

> **Cons**: The list is longer thank I think I'd have room to write about. In a nutshell, by the end of everything and offboarding with the company, I not only felt that our company was just a statistic to them - another company to help make their money, and they were way more concerned about their expansion into SLC than maintaining and caring for their current clients. To provide more context I am able to speak with authority from the aspect of my interactions with Atomix from the CX / CS aspect of things. I dealt fairly minimally with the logistical 3PL aspect but did have direct hands interaction with Order Management, Order Errors, Replacements, Support Team interactions, and Inventory Management. Multiple times (without going into longwinded details) we experienced fulfillment errors including but not limited to: Incorrect SKU counts being sent (so many occasions this happened), Incorrect SKU categories being sent, Incomplete Order fulfilments to customers, slow pick/pack times, slow response times to support tickets and getting ancillary answers provided outside of general support knowledge. Follow up on problems that came up for our company that required their knowledge or assistance would go week's on end without resolution or communication on the issue. As I said, I don't know that there is enough space for me to list everything, so I will politely subdue further explanation(s).

> I genuinely hope that other companies that use Atomix Logistics as their fulfilment company have an amazing experience, whether currently right now, or if someone is considering using them in the future. Unfortunately, this was not the case for myself and our company. We have changed 3PL's and the difference COULD NOT be more apparent - surprisingly we had switched to Atomix from a (somehow, worse) 3PL.&#10;&#10;We are all human, humans will make errors. Same with companies, they will make errors and sometimes - especially being a 3PL - that can be a bit jarring and really have an impact on a business. The difference though with being a company even more so than just a human, is that accountability is paramount for the success of the partnership and especially for the e-commerce/brick\&amp;mortar brands that rely on the 3PL's to help with the success of their business.&#10;&#10;I personally cannot recommend a friend, family, or business acquaintance to use Atomix's services at this time. Perhaps things will improve in the future, but from the experience I had, I don't foresee that happening soon.&#10;&#10;Perhaps you wonder why I gave 2 stars - it's only because I've experienced worse so giving 1 star just wouldn't be fair.

> **Pros**: The sales and onboarding process, that is about it.

> **Cons**: Order error rate &#10;Non-responsive account manager &#10;Failure to disclose required information around price changes &#10;Constant misleading and or incorrect invoices

> Worked with Atomix for almost a year, doing ~2500 orders a month with them. Onboarding process was great, but that is where things fell apart. &#10;&#10;They overcharged us on initially agreed upon pick and pack rates, they constantly mis-fulfilled our orders, our account manager would go days, even a week, without responding to us, the list goes on and on. I don't assume malicious intent, but it's hard to reconcile their words with their actions. &#10;&#10;I have worked with 5+ domestic and international 3PLs, and atomix is easily at the bottom of the list for me. Would not recommend to anyone.
