> **Cons**: Not as much a Conduit item, but a logistics company like our's handled a lot of nuanced edge cases that the system isn't prebuilt to handle. They happen infrequently and often can be solved with "hacks" and user education

Conduit stood out, amongst the others as being easy to use, and had more features that were practice to our operation, so we went with them.  The implementation went smooth.  Their team continued to offer us support on tweaking things to our liking well after the implementation and always had a good attitude about our request.  System is running smooth, and everyone is enjoying it.
