> **Pros**: I loved the match-up. I have mentored people in the past and they came to me because they were needing support in their work or skills development. The mentoring was always fine. But with this mentoring program the match up was so spot on that we had instant rapport and could go a lot further in terms of making progress towards their goals.

I really appreciated the insights the matching gave about myself and also my mentee as it helped me to approach the relationship armed with ideas that I could use. 

I think the advantage the Brancher program has is that when you bring together two people who are aligned on values and personality, the process runs more smoothly and the benefits to the mentee far outweigh a traditional mentoring program. Highly recommend\!
