2. Understands natural language very well, very user friendly.
3. Helps manage tasks effectively directly from office and other tools.

2. Due to it's wide features and capabilities, it is difficult to learn them all unless you are a fast learner, like I am.
3. On rare occasion, the AI will mess up or write something that isn't as good as it can be, however this will likely be fixed in future updates.
