> **Pros**: My company, Big Brothers Big Sisters Kansas City, loves using Shaka\! It has become an integral part of our culture. It's unbelievably simple to use and has given our team hours of time back. Our organization feels closer than ever and we credit so much of this to our Shaka meetings. The Shaka team has been responsive and very easy to work with. Any tweaks/additions we have they have made happen within 24 hours. We continue to be impressed with the level of customer service we receive. Our company gives every employee $10 per Shaka meeting to encourage employees to get together for coffee. I look forward to it every month\!
