> **Pros**: Converting from a paper schedule to an electronic schedule has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.  It has made managing my staff's schedules immensely easier.  Staff members also enjoy access to realtime schedules throughout the department.  I couldn't imagine going by to the old way of doing things.

> **Cons**: The only challenge I faced with the transition was learning the "ins and outs" of the scheduling software.  This challenge, however, was offset by the excellent customer support provided to me when I entered into this transition.
