> **Pros**: What I liked most about KeyCafe is how convenient and easy it makes key management. It saves time by allowing secure, contactless key exchanges and makes it much easier to coordinate access for guests, cleaners, and team members without needing to meet in person.

> **Cons**: The biggest downside is that the system can sometimes be inconvenient if there are technical issues, connectivity problems, or if a user has trouble accessing the key. It can also take some time for new team members to get familiar with the process.
> 
> Overall, my experience with KeyCafe has been very positive. It has made key management much more convenient, organized, and secure, especially when coordinating access for multiple people. The contactless system saves time and reduces the need for in-person key handoffs. While there can occasionally be technical or access-related issues, the overall convenience and efficiency make KeyCafe a useful tool for managing keys.

> **Pros**: We love the simplicity of the Keycafe system for our Student Housing operation. The web interface is clean and easy to use. Users accessing the key box can do so independently and without training. Making sure that all of the keys are returned on-time is far simpler now\!

> **Cons**: When keys are not removed from the system and the bin is closed, it can be challenging to find the keys and put them back into circulation.  We have also had some challenges with bins not opening properly and would like to see an option for users to get help directly on the panel (like a 'something is wrong' button when picking up so that they can try to release the bin latch again).

> We are really happy with Keycafe.  We hope that they will expand their product offerings to include some larger bins, as we do sometimes have key sets that are too large for the current bin size.
