> **Pros**: I love the ease of use and layout of scheduling for the instructors and other staff. The colour coding of various lessons/service types is super great, and offers a fast glance at the upcoming clients that will attend. We primarily Opus.io as a CRM/Schedule Manager for music lessons and other music groups/services. &#10;&#10;The online booking for staff and students is great, and helps alleviate some of the load for booking on the admin team. Opus.io's layout is appealing to the eyes, and the schedule filters are great.

> **Cons**: It was a little bit of a learning curve to understand the subscriptions and the accounting bits, BUT overall, it is comprehensive and works well once you understand how the subscriptions and memberships work.

> Overall, it's been a positive experience with Opus1.io. The client portal is a huge bonus, and having the option of having new and existing clients be able to book online is great. The "makeup credit" function for our lessons has been amazing - as students can cancel and rebook a makeup lessons without going through our admin team.

> **Cons**: Sometimes can get over-complicated when setting up, but once it is, you're ready to rock. Sometimes the stats can be confusing, but overall insightful.

> **Pros**: Opus really helped us save hours of time booking appointments and scale up to another level of growth. We had software in the past that combined the calendar and billing, but could only generate invoices. This meant we spent a significant amount of time chasing down invoices. Sometimes lessons were taken without being paid for yet.&#10;Having integrated texting in the account really helps as well. The student name pops up with each text message and is tied to the account. This saves a HUGE amount of time.&#10;We also can use opus to manage our recitals well.

> **Cons**: Opus is powerful and has a lot of options this is great because it allows us to run the school the way we want to. It would be helpful to have more flexibility around billing automation though. We want our unused lesson credits to rollover every month.&#10;Occasionally students struggle to book their lesson on mobile phones. They can self book, but there is room for improvement here. Especially when our teachers have busy schedules, there should be a button asking "Need help?" to initiate a text. &#10;Sometimes customers think they scheduled a lesson on mobile, but they haven't completed the checkout process. Perhaps a clear progress bar at the TOP of the mobile booking page would help with this.&#10;The billing can get really confusing with credits, refunds, discounts etc. Would be great to have more clarity around how billing is done so everyone can do it.

> **Pros**: Opus1.io has revolutions our service to customers AND our service to staff members. Having an almost all in one console streamlines communications, billing, scheduling, and so much more. Even better, the system is nearly 100% intuitive\!

> **Cons**: The mobile interface could use a bit of improvement. It’s cumbersome to determine how to self-book as a new user. We’ve lost a lot of potential customers due to this. We’ve since removed self-booking from our website and now use lead forms instead. The reporting features are a bit of a hinderance to determining a strategy because we aren’t able to easily extract the information we need.
