> **Pros**: The fact that I can do everything I need to do in order to reach out and partner with influencers directly from one platform. I don't need to skip around to 4 or 5 different pieces of software which used to cause confusion and take way longer.

> **Cons**: Their influencer finder option is great for finding influencers similar to what I need but in my niche, I need influencers who have children within a certain age range (due to the product we sell). Therefore, I still need to manually review their profile to see if the child fits within our age criteria. Unfortunately, this takes time and manual review and I don't think IH has a way to automate this process yet.

> **Pros**: I can't really find many positives to give on this tools as it was incredibly limited with its filtering options and UI capabilities.

> **Cons**: UI is a mess. There's also very little to it. Not a ton of filtering settings to drill down with. 

Communications with influencers was inconsistent and the messaging system was very limiting. payments structures within the program was flakey as well.

> Not great. I would avoid this. There's a lot of other options out there worth exploring ahead of this one, in my opinion.

> **Pros**: They have a really good database when I want to search for a influencer. Its streamlined process saves us a lot of time, and the fact that we can directly track all emails on the platform is very nice.

> It was working overall and I would like to see how it looks after I finished a campaign.

It has everything we needed. It's great.

> **Cons**: The subscription cost is PER brand, meaning if you service multiple brands like we do it's going to get very costly. They will work with you on price though it seems so we'll find out as we go. Their website did not communicate this initially so this was a shock.
