> **Pros**: The support from the Upscaler team, from initial scoping, through to the ongoing support with making best use of the platform and maintaining our management systems has been nothing short of excellent. The product is well refined and works perfectly for it's intended purpose. Every auditor I have worked with has been impressed by the Upscaler platform, in terms of ease of navigation, alignment to standards, and how it allows all employees to be involved in the appropriate areas of using and maintaining the management system. Few (if any) other products appeared to offer such flexibility, ease of use, and ongoing support. Upscaler would always be my first choice when selecting a platform to build a management system in.

> **Cons**: There's very little to share here. I have encountered very few issues or bugs. I have not encountered any issues that have affected the day-to-day use of the platform, and the support team are always responsive to support requests.

> Overall, I would strongly recommend the Upscaler platform to any organisations who are looking for a solution to build and maintain their management systems. The object builder tools, templates, implementation guidance documents, and support from the team has been excellent. The product very much has the feeling that it has been developed by a group of experts in management systems, who have produced a software product to help others.
