> **Pros**: Grundsätzlich sehr spannender Ansatz und man erreicht dadurch eine neue Quelle an Fachkräften. Gerade für einfachere Tätigkeiten sehr interessant.

> **Cons**: Leider noch keine Integration in unser ATS, diese sollte aber irgendwann mal kommen. Zudem wäre es gut, wenn wir als Kunde die Analytics jederzeit aktiv anschauen können und nicht nur auf Nachfrage oder aktive Betreuung durch PastaHR.

> Positiver Eindruck von der Software, hat uns geholfen in der Massenrekrutierung und neue Bewerbungskanäle eröffnet. Der technologische Ansatz ist für die Zukunft sehr interessant und kann wegweisend sein.
