Comments: Its been a fantastic journey with the implementation team. Loved to beat any of the bench marks set by our previous system (Kofax Capture)
Pros:
Its ability to work as a decoupled system, it allows you to setup export servers separate from your core processes which allows much faster processing for jobs.
Cons:
Multiple index values on the thick client is not supported. OCR is an added cost.
