> **Pros**: best finance CRM for colleges and school, complete dashboard for hawkeye view of finances of the institute, Very transparent system, good support team, ticketing system is fast, pricing is justifiable (We are using it along with merrito admission CRM), auto reminder option is great, Auto receipt generation is also helpful.

> **Cons**: Slow development of new modules, lack of customization, High payment handling charges even for UPI \!

> Overall Collexo has helped us to calibrate our finance system and ,gave us the proper perspective of things related to fees and it collection, payment reminders became haselfree, Payment ledger have proper data points for collection team, coupon Discount option was also helpful for our referral program,as per our experience it is one of the best finance CRM form School and colleges.
