It has helped our purchasing and invoicing with organization and ability to easily recall documentation. Overall, this has helped this section of the company greatly.
Pros:
I appreciate the ability to filter most menus & the search options are smart.
Cons:
It can be difficult to understand what processes can be edited and which will be permanent. Sometimes it is too late and you are stuck with an un-editable item, job, etc.

Overall, my experience with Genius ERP is very good. I have learned how to use it very quickly. There are also "help" options in just a click of a button.
Pros:
System is easy to navigate; very easy to use and it has the functionalities that our business needs.
Cons:
There's not enough variation of the crystal reports.

Positive experience and happy with the service.
Pros:
The broad scope of features that fit for our business.
Cons:
Implementation did not go as smoothly as expected, but Genius ERP stayed with us to make sure we were operational and helped us get to where we needed to be.

Pros:
The one aspect that matters most to me is how engineering and production runs concurrently. When a design is complete in CAD format, the BOM and routing can be imported into the system so there is no need to re-enter specifications and save money from not realizing an expensive error.
Cons:
One difficulty that is usually encountered is the generation of the report. Creating the reports I require for the upper management are not easily doable and to make a particular report in a particular format usually takes a lot of adjustment.

FROM THE ACCOUNTING ASPECT, THIS PROGRAM WAS VERY EASY TO LEARN AND TO USE. OVERALL VERY SATISFIED.
Pros:
PROGRAM IS VERY EASY TO NAVIGATE AND OFFERS MANY TRAINING VIDEOS FOR QUESTIONS.
Cons:
LESS TABS TO CLICK ON TO GET TO A CERTAIN SCREEN OR TO OBTAIN CERTAIN INFORMATION.
