> **Pros**: The continuous roll out and optimisation of features. In particular keeping all of the features in house and not having to sign up to external apps. In particular the two way integration with xero is a game changer for my business

The optimisation it has provided for my construction company has allowed me to grow my company and relive stress and anxiety as i know there is a central hub where all my project data and information sits. There is a lot of moving parts to run a construction company and Wunderbuild covers just about all of them

> **Pros**: Having everything in one place. Before Wunderbuild we were running five different systems to manage estimating, job costing, scheduling, timesheets, site safety and everything in between. Nothing talked to each other and information was scattered. Now the team knows that if they need something, it's in Wunderbuild.

The customer service is second to none. I have never had an issue that has not been resolved within the hour, and the support from the team is unexpectedly good compared to the previous systems I used.

The recent AI integrations are the icing on the cake and the time they have saved me is worth far more than the monthly subscription price.

> We switched at the end of 2023 and it has been a game changer for us. The team was constantly frustrated downloading and learning new apps just to do their job, and I have not had a single complaint since we made the change, which says a lot considering how much pushback there was with the old setup.

For a builder like us running multiple large renovation projects, having everything in one place has made a real difference to our bottom line. I would highly recommend it to any builder who is sick of juggling multiple systems.

> **Pros**: Wunderbuild is a cost-effective Management tool for our Construction business. Their client support is excellent with a chat feature but also in-person video meetings to offer support. They are upgrading features continuously to improve their services. As a new construction support person, they have been invaluable in developing my understanding and skills in using processes. They have an excellent team who is patient, proactive and adaptive.

> **Cons**: Having an established set of video training resources from job start to finish would be ideal, especially for those new to the industry and the program.
