> **Pros**: It's been great working with the team at Tangle because they're so responsive to questions/issues.  They are also so eager to see the customer's problems resolved so they help us quickly build solutions with ease.  It's been hard finding software that truly meet the needs of Job Shops.  Most of the options on the market that I've tried out are too set in their ways to meet our specific needs.  Tangle is able to bend every which way and that has truly been the best aspect of working with this software - the potential to create virtually everything we need.
