> **Pros**: Prima di essere una sales account per la mia azienda, ho lavorato come operatrice Dialogo. Dialogo ti permette di fare tutto, da una semplice quotazione di una camera/gruppo alla finalizzazione e alla conferma della stessa. è integrato con il PMS, quindi in real time in albergo sanno già se è stata presa una nuova prenotazione oppure è stata effettuata qualche modifica o inserita una note. Il CRM Dialogo inoltre riconosce lo storico del cliente, l'operatore sa già chi ha al telefono oppure a chi sta scrivendo via mail.

> **Cons**: non riscontro lati negativi, Dialogo è in continuo aggiornamento, è personalizzabile in base alle esigenze del cliente.
