> **Pros**: Onsite has become and invaluable resource for keeping records relating to our residents, assets and preventative maintenance processes. 

The ability to easily issue broadcasts to our residents, owners and property managers has helped us to create a real sense of community while providing important updates. 

It is a great platform for storing accessable, up to date documents for our residents e.g. By-laws, WHS Plan and Resident Manual.  Equally, the ability for residents to be able to easily log maintenance requests or book amenities has really increased our efficiencies in managing the building on a day to day basis.

> **Cons**: \* I would like to see more of a seamless relationship between the portal and the Resident App, and am looking forward to these enhancements.  
\* Having to save in multiple spaces on the same screen can be a little time consuming. Especially if you forget one section and then lose your information.
\* You have to refresh the screen a lot.
\* I find I need to draft my broadcasts in Word and then past them into Onsite, as the formatting and spacing in Onsite isn't very forgiving when drafting.

> Onsite is an intuitive package and quite easy to nagivate and use. I am still learning my way around all of the features, but have been enjoying re-designing our preventative maintenance schedule recently.
