> **Pros**: Easy to navigate for the most part and compiles data in many places.

> **Cons**: Hard to learn initially, confusing that weeks are listed by their end date instead of start date.

> I have had a fair experience with OMS software. It overall took me time to learn how to input my data into the software, but overtime I learned and it is helpful to track my billable hours weekly as an SLPA, however I find it confusing how the dates are split on the software.
