> My overall experience with ClassPass was very poor. As a Pilates studio owner I used ClassPass on two separate occasions, both before and after the pandemic and found the impacts of using the platform to be very detrimental to the business. Customer service is also terrible. There is no number to call when you are having an issue, only a form to fill out online with responses taking days or sometimes weeks.
