> **Pros**: This product is very user friendly, especially for core uses such as communicating with external parties in a confidential environment. It is useful for sharing important documents with bidders of your choice and has functionality to disable when needed.

> **Cons**: Product is mostly quite intuitive to use however some issues arise in certain situations such as when a bidder responds to your question without actually answering. You only have the option of disclosing the answer but are unable to reject and require a different response. It would be useful to not have to create another question to chase a response.

> **Cons**: If a user is placed in 2 Teams within "Client", when logging in, it's difficult to tell which of the 2, the person must click, because the team name itself does not appear on the welcome screen.  The only way to distinguish between the teams is to use different Q\&A role.

> **Cons**: Features sometimes change without notice. Also if using multiple rooms, there is no way to have a centralised database of users across all rooms. It makes administration very difficult.

> Overall very good experience.
