> **Pros**: Ingresso allowed for a smooth connection with our ticketing system that was easy to navigate. Offered great support at all levels. Had some additional marketing assets that helped.

> **Cons**: A bit antiquated in reporting but was able to get us what we needed. The team was helpful in aligning reporting.

> Ingresso worked well with Accesso Passport and allows us to connect with our partners via API, which is very helpful in ticket sales.
